ResetDialogueFlags

Entering ResetDialogueFlags in the console will clear any variables that get changed during topics and conversations - essentially reseting all the dialogues as if they had never happened.

ResetDialogueFlags RDF

- Currently, this command resets the following flags: SayOnce, SayOnceADay
