From GECK
Broken Steel new creaturs.
Albino Radscorpion:
It is far more resistant to attacks than the Giant Radscorpion, and deals far greater damage. They are the same size as Giant Radscorpions and still drop 4 Radscorpion Poison Glands, but are milky-white in appearance and have red eyes.
Albino Radscorpions are incredibly powerful, their very powerful melee attacks are at par with an armed Super Mutant Behemoth, and additionally they have very powerful poison. An Albino Radscorpion has about 75% of the health of a Behemoth (in other words, 3 times as much health as a Deathclaw). Additionally, like all Radscorpions, Albino Radscorpions lack a "weak point" that can be targeted for extra damage, in contrast to the Super Mutant Behemoth or Super Mutant Overlord, who can at least be headshot for double damage.
Albino Radscorpions have the unique ability to regenerate their health, which they do in daylight hours, which is ironic because albinos are vulnerable to sunlight in real life.
Albino Radscorpions can be found wandering the Wasteland, often near major roads, and will utterly slaughter any roaming NPCs they come across. On Very Hard they can kill the player in three hits and kill most NPCs in one.
Albino Radscorpions also have tendency to appear in front of the Tunnel when doing the Broken Steel mission Death From Above, and usually attack and kill the Brotherhood of Steel Knight standing guard. They can also sometimes be found in front of the Arlington Library, as you fast travel to it and appear in front of the door you can possibly spawn next to one, this is extremely dangerous if you have the difficulty on Very Hard.
Also, these nasty creatures appear far more often when a player is above level 20, as they have a tendency to actually replace Giant Radscorpions, so do not be surprised if you encounter two or more in a single battle!
In the random encounter where a Wastelander is fighting Radscorpions, there are instances where 4 of these monsters spawn.
Though the Albino Radscorpion appears similar to the Giant Radscorpion, it in fact has much more health and seems to do significantly more damage. When encountered, they use similar tactics as a Giant Radscorpion--i.e., rush their unfortunate victim--and they have a similar weakness: they must be in melee range in order to do any damage. On Very Hard, with no perks, less than 15 DR, and an Endurance of 5 or less, an Albino Scorpion can kill you with one strike, surpassing even a Behemoth or Deathclaw's attack in power.
Since they are melee oriented, it is probably best to have a medium to long ranged weapon, like the Repeater Rifle or the Sniper Rifle, and get a sneak attack on it if possible. Using V.A.T.S. to target the stinger, for it's the most vulnerable part of the scorpion. It's also highly recommended to use a Dart Gun to cripple their legs in combat, this makes running backwards much easier.
Another method for short-range/melee fighters (shotgun/sledgehammer...etc.) would be to place an obstacle between yourself and it (such as a tree as it doesn't move sideways nearly as fast as it moves forward.) and rotate in a circular motion and whittle away its health with attacks on its claws or head and keeping yourself safe to boot.
If you have the Metal Blaster from The Pitt add-on, the Snide Survival Guru perk, Better Criticals and Finesse, killing these monsters is easy, as long as you're running backwards while it's rushing you and there's no obstacle that can stop you.
Because of the pathfinding on the 360 (not sure for other versions) All scorpions can be made harmless by finding a single high point (boulder, truck, shack, destroyed building) And just chip away with whatever weapon you want. The scorpion will be forced to go back to a half idle mode because it can't attack you and it will wander. Be warned, if you jump off your perch it will make a beeline to your position to continue its assault; though a useful tactic if it wanders too far.
This kind of Radscorpion can easily kill a Deathclaw.
Feral Ghoul Reaver:
The Reaver wears what appears to be the remains of Metal Armor and has significantly more HP than any other form of feral ghoul. It is also set apart from other feral ghouls by its unique ability to throw grenade-like explosive "radioactive gore", improved speed, and a special effect that emits from its body similar to the Glowing One's radiation pulse.
Feral Ghoul Reavers are extremely tough enemies, more than twice as durable as Sentry Bots or Deathclaws. The Reavers are extremely quick, and their lunge attack can send the player sliding back some distance with every strike. Their blows, like a Deathclaw's, tend to pack quite a punch, and even high level players are prone to being easily crippled/quickly killed in short order if not careful. Their radioactive gore easily cripples limbs and is thrown almost always with deadly accuracy. Reavers seem to be highly perceptive as they (unlike Deathclaws) can even detect High Level players in Sneak Mode wearing the Chinese Stealth Armor. The Ghoul Mask is very helpful as they will not attack you if you are wearing it. Similar to Glowing Ones, they emit radiation in large quantities.
The Feral Ghoul Reaver seems to be a combination of a Feral Ghoul Roamer and a Glowing One, as they attack, and can heal themselves and other nearby Ferals.
Super Mutant Overlord:
Super Mutant Overlords are some of the tougher enemies in Fallout 3, wielding powerful weapons and possessing 2.5 times as much health as a Deathclaw or Sentry Bot.
Overlords carry Gatling Lasers, Missile Launchers, Tri-Beam Laser Rifles, and Super Sledges as standard weapons. In a rare case, you may find an Overlord with a Minigun.
If an Overlord picks up a rifle normally used by other Mutants, like a Chinese Assault Rifle, they will use only one hand to fire it.
They have a different facial design from Fawkes, Uncle Leo and the default Super Mutant, who all have the same face. They're also a bit more muscular than "normal" Super Mutants. The Overlords occasionally may have a Mini Nuke on them. This is just as well considering that Overlords may have in excess of 1000 HP. Overlords seem to grant the same XP award as Super Mutant Masters, even though Overlords are much stronger. Reverse pick-pocketing does not work on Overlords carrying Tri-Beam Laser Rifles; it is completely possible to reverse pickpocket grenades/mines onto Overlords carrying Gatling Lasers or Super Sledges, however. Overlords seem to be more comparable in strength to a Super Mutant Behemoth than to a Master. Overlords can be swiftly killed with a simple mini nuke, which they may replace by dropping one.
