D3dx9 38.dll

I tried the search bar, figure somebody must of had this problem with a missing dll I think I had a similar problem back with the TES marrowind edition.... I'm using a gateway model ZX6961 w/ i3-2100@3.1ghz and 4gig RAM if that makes a difference to help someone help me figure this out I'm sure theres a safe spot to get a copy of that dll someone could point out for me thx ahead of time XD
