This is all so creepy. Quick question, um yes well can you make the weapon look as you want? And can you use the weapon? Can you allow a Chinese Assault rifle to shoot a dart maybe?

Both are possible. Changing the look of a gun typically requires other programs in addition to the GECK, to create/edit the 3D model and/or 2D texture files. Blender is often the popular choice for .Nif files (the 3D mesh), and Photoshop and the GIMP are popular editors for the the 2D textures.

Unfortunately, I can't give you much more specific information than that, since I have not attempted any of these operations as of yet.
