Game effects are special consquences that can be attached to objects. They can protect an actor from radiation, poison an actor struck by an attack, etc.

The foundation of all Game effects are Base Effects. An Ingestible, Actor Effect, or Object Effect is build from a Base Effects. Then the Actor effect can be applied to an actor, the Object Effect can be put onto a weapon or armor, or the Ingestible Effect can be put onto a chem.
