This setting controls the actor speed multiplier that is applied when the actor's weapon is holstered (or they don't have a weapon equipped).

Note: Changes to this value will not be reflected until an actor re-evaluates its speed, ie by holstering or unholstering its weapon.

Default value: 1.1
