GameDaysPassed as GetSecondsPassed

[left eyebrow springs up in confusion]
Umm... is game time and real time the same in FO3? In Oblivion, they were quite different - GameDaysPassed returned game time and GetSecondsPassed returned real time. I think the default was GameDaysPassed was 30x faster than GetSecondsPassed, and to make matters worse was variable (and several mods changed it). Anyway, is this still true?

I'm pretty sure it's the same as before, so the 'new' method probably shouldn't be on here at all, as I think it will lead to more problems than it solves (fractions of fractions of seconds less processing time for the script).

OK, I've removed the note. The processing saved from not doing a Set function can't compare to the script running 30x faster/more often than expected.
