GameDaysPassed as GetSecondsPassed

Umm... is game time and real time the same in FO3? In Oblivion, they were quite different - GameDaysPassed returned game time and GetSecondsPassed returned real time. I think the default was GameDaysPassed was 30x faster than GetSecondsPassed, and to make matters worse was variable (and several mods changed it). Anyway, is this still true?
